- Carrots: 2 medium sized, fresh
- Ginger: 1/2-inch piece
- Lemon juice: a few drops
- Honey: 1/2 tablespoon
- Water: As required
- Ice Cubes: As required
- Peel and trim the carrots. Cut it into pieces and deep freeze it for 30 minutes.
- Blend frozen carrots with ginger, water, lemon juice and honey until very smooth.
- Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids.
- Serve carrot juice over ice, in a glass.
