Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
- Water: 1 ½ cup
- Lemon Juice: A few drops
- Ginger: Crushed, ¼ Teaspoon
- Honey: 1 Teaspoon
- Salt: 1 Teaspoon
- Black Pepper: ¼ Teaspoon
- Boil water with ginger, salt and black pepper.
- Strain and pour the water in a cup.
- Add honey. Stir well and serve hot.
- This assists in weight loss.
