Recipe – Ginger Milk Tea / Aadrak Wali Chai

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2 cups


  • Milk: 1 Cups
  • Water: 1 1/4 Cup
  • Tea: 2 Teaspoon
  • Sugar: 2 Teaspoon or as required
  • Tea Masala: 1 teaspoon Ginger (Aadrak) chopped or crushed


  • Boil water, Tea and tea masala in a pan for 3-4 minutes
  • Add Milk, boil for 3-4 minutes
  • Add sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes again.
  • Sieve and pour Tea in cups and serve hot.
