Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Sugar cane: 1
- Water: As required
- Lemon Juice: A few drops
- Ice Cubes: 4-5
- Cut the sugarcane into small pieces.
- Peel the outer layer and chop into small pieces.
- Blend it with water and lemon juice for 3-4 minutes.
- Using a strainer strain the sugar cane juice, squeeze well to get entire juice.
- Enjoy with or without ice.
