- Plain Curd or Yogurt: 1 cup
- Water: ½ Cup
- Sugar or Jaggery: 1 Tablespoon or to taste
- Cardamom powder (Elaichi): 1 pinch (optional)
- Dry Fruits: chopped 1 teaspoon
- Blend curd, water and sugar until smooth with no lumps.
- Pour into glasses over ice cubes.
- garnish with cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.
- Serve immediately.
- You may use rose water for fragrance or any fruit syrup to make it flavored lassi.
