Recipe – Homemade Sweet Lassi

Ingredients

  • Plain Curd or Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Water: ½ Cup
  • Sugar or Jaggery: 1 Tablespoon or to taste
  • Cardamom powder (Elaichi): 1 pinch (optional)
  • Dry Fruits: chopped 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Blend curd, water and sugar until smooth with no lumps.
  • Pour into glasses over ice cubes.
  • garnish with cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.
  • Serve immediately.

Cook’s Note

  • You may use rose water for fragrance or any fruit syrup to make it flavored lassi.
