Prep time: 5 minutes
- Fresh Gooseberry (Amla): 4-6
- Water: 2 cup or as required
- Lemon Juice: few drops
- Sugar: 1 Tablespoon
- Black salt: ½ Teaspoon
- Ice Cubes: 4-6
- Deseed the gooseberries and cut into small pieces.
- Blend it in a blender using water and sugar.
- Strain the juice using strainer.
- Add black salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Serve over some ice cubes in a glass.
