Recipe – Gooseberry Juice / Amla Juice

Aamla Juice

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2


  • Fresh Gooseberry (Amla): 4-6
  • Water: 2 cup or as required
  • Lemon Juice: few drops
  • Sugar: 1 Tablespoon
  • Black salt: ½ Teaspoon
  • Ice Cubes: 4-6


  • Deseed the gooseberries and cut into small pieces.
  • Blend it in a blender using water and sugar.
  • Strain the juice using strainer.
  • Add black salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Serve over some ice cubes in a glass.
