Recipe – Hot Kesar Elaichi Milk

Ingredients

  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Elaichi Powder(Cardamom): ¼ Teaspoon
  • Saffron Strands (Kesar): 4-5 small Threads
  • Sugar: 1 Teaspoon or to taste

Method

  • Boil 1 cup milk in a pan
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Add little elaichi powder, 2-3 saffron threads and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir well and let it cool to drinkable temperature.
  • Serve hot in cup or glass.
