Recipe – Cloves Milk Tea

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • Milk: 1 ¼ Cup
  • Water: 1 Cup
  • Tea: 2 Teaspoon
  • Sugar: 2 Teaspoon or as required
  • Cloves (Laung): 3, roughly crushed

Method

  • Boil water, Tea and cloves in a pan for 4-5 minutes
  • Add Milk, boil for 2-3 minutes
  • Add sugar and boil for 3-4 minutes again.
  • Pour Tea in cups and serve hot.
