Recipe – Elaichi Milk Tea / Cardamom Milk Tea

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • Milk: 1 ¼ Cup
  • Water: 1 Cup
  • Tea: 2 Teaspoon or as required
  • Sugar: 2 Teaspoon or as required
  • Tea Masala: 1 teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) powder or 2 Cardamom (Elaichi) crushed

Method

  • Boil water, Tea and tea masala in a pan for 3-4 minutes
  • Add Milk, boil for 2-3 minutes
  • Add sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes again.
  • Strain the tea using a fine sieve and pour in cups
  • Serve hot.
