- Tortilla / Roti: 2
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt: ½ Teaspoon
- Black pepper powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Red chili powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Take the leftover tortillas /rotis. It should not be hot.
- Break each tortilla /roti into 4-6 pieces.
- Deep fry them in medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain the excess oil and take them out on a kitchen napkin.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder and red chili powder. Toss well and serve.
