Recipe – Tortilla chips or Leftover Roti Fries

Prep Time: 2 Minutes

Cook Time: 5 Minutes

Serves: 4


  • Tortilla / Roti: 2
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt: ½ Teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Red chili powder: ¼ teaspoon


  • Take the leftover tortillas /rotis. It should not be hot.
  • Break each tortilla /roti into 4-6 pieces.
  • Deep fry them in medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain the excess oil and take them out on a kitchen napkin.
  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder and red chili powder. Toss well and serve.
