Recipe – Kiwi Fruit Juice / Kiwi Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2


  • Kiwi Fruit: 3, medium sized, peeled and chopped
  • Water: 2 Cup
  • Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt: ¼ teaspoon
  • Sugar: 2 teaspoons or to taste (Optional)
  • Ice Cubes: 4-6


  • Blend all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes or until very smooth.
  • Pour the mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids, if any.
  • Add 2-3 ice cubes in glass. Pour the juice and garnish with mint leaves.

Cook’s Note

  • You may add jaggery or honey instead of sugar.
  • You may add 1 green apple with 2 kiwi fruits while blending.
