- Papaya: 1/4 th of a fresh large papaya
- Water: 1 ½ cup
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Peel the papaya, cut into 2 pieces lengthwise. Scoop out the thin creamy layer and seeds. Cut into small chunks.
- Blend the chunks until very smooth with water and honey. Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids.
- Serve papaya juice over ice, in a glass.
