Recipe – Lychee Juice


Prep Time: 2 minutes

Serve: 2


  • Lychee: 10, medium sized
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 2 Teaspoon
  • Black Salt: ½ Teaspoon
  • Ice Cubes: As required
  • Mint Leaves: a few


  • Blend lychee and sugar.
  • Add water, salt, lemon juice and blend again until smooth
  • Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids.
  • Serve lychee juice over ice cubes, in a glass. Garnish with mint leaves.
