Prep time: 35 minutes
- Karela (Bitter gourd): 2 medium sized
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
- Mint Leaves: 4-5
- Water: As required
- Peel the skin of Karelas, cut it into pieces. Take out the seeds. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add salt, sugar and lemon juice.
- Cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
- Blend it in a blender using water.
- Strain the juice using strainer.
- Pour the in a glass over 2-3 ice cubes.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
