Recipe – Cucumber Juice

Cucumber Juice

Serves: 2


  • Cucumber: 2 medium size
  • Ginger: ½ teaspoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice: ½ tablespoon
  • Mint leaves: 5-6
  • Water: 2 cup
  • Salt: ¼ teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 5-6


  • Peel, trim and cut the cucumber into small pieces. Discard the seeds.
  • Blend it with ginger until smooth.
  • Strain the mix using a strainer.
  • Add water, lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Pour the juice over some ice cubes in a glass.
  • Add some mint leaves and serve.
