Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Pineapple chunks: 2 cups
- Orange pulp: 1 cup
- Sugar / Honey: 1/4 Cup
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 4 Cups
- Ice Cubes: as required
- Blend pineapple chunks and Orange Pulp to smooth puree. Use water if required.
- Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids.
- In the juice, add sugar, lemon juice. Adjust water according to the required consistency. Mix it well until sugar dissolves.
- Serve pineapple juice over ice, in a glass.
