Cook time: 5 Minutes
- Milk: 1 cup
- Sugar / Honey: 2 Teaspoon or to taste
- Turmeric Powder: ½ Teaspoon
- Heat 1 cup milk in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Add sugar and turmeric powder.
- Stir for another 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat.
- Transfer milk into a cup and Drink hot.
- You may add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder as well.
