Recipe – Milk Tea

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Serves: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • Milk: 1 ¼ Cup
  • Water: 1 Cup
  • Loose Tea: 2 Teaspoon
  • Sugar: 3 Teaspoon or as required

Method

  • Boil water and tea in a pan for 3 minutes
  • Add Milk, boil for 3 more minutes
  • Add sugar and simmer for 2 minutes again.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Pour Tea in 2 cups and serve hot.

Cook’s Note:

  • You may add 1/2 teaspoon tea masala for better flavor.
