On the other hand the largest bench isnt always the best. You should consider the space you have and where the bench will be located, and make sure it will fit well. This is really important for indoor benches. A good bench is a well placed bench. Even the best bench will be useless or bad if placed in the wrong location. The best location for outdoor benches are near patio areas, walks, outside of the garden fence, next to a tree or near the buildings wall. The place shouldnt be too sunny neither entirely shady.
In fact, the success of Blast Your Bench program lies in the fact, that it is like no other out there. It breaks many rules that you are now probably recite like benching Bible. The biggest heresy of the program is in the frequency of the workouts. The program lasts only 3 weeks, but you workout your bench several times each week. The weights are heavy, the breaks are fairly short and the intensity will cause your body to scream in pain.
This position should not be comfortable. You should not be causing yourself serious joint pain, but if you are not straining to keep this super-tight position on the bench, you are doing it wrong. Remember, your goal is to increase your bench press and eventually press big weights. You essentially need to be compressing your body to get a tight, stable position and decrease your range of motion as much as possible.
